The figure is small and delicate looking, but not at all childlike. It looks human. “Oh, it’s real, and I’ve already put your name in three times,” Woonhak confirms. He snatches his phone back. “It’ll be four if you give me five more dollars.”

If Jaehyun were someone else with disposable income and a sturdier sense of dignity, maybe he’d have already tried it by now. The idea of actually sitting there and letting someone sink their fangs into his skin makes his stomach pitch, yaw, and roll. Curiosity is one thing.
