Summary
Charlie had gone on a vacation with Vaggie, leaving Lucifer and Alastor in charge of the hotel. The two are less than happy about this arrangement. Lucifer wants to attract sinners for Charlie while she’s away. He plans a ball which Alastor unenthusiastically agrees too. Summary
Lucifer was suspicious of Alastor and Alastor wanted to piss off Lucifer for fun, but that wasn’t surprising in the least to anyone in hell that knew them. No, the surprising thing was that - in their suspicious observations and mocking teasing - they began to see things in each other that they would’ve never bothered to care for before.
And love definitely wasn’t something either of them expected, not with the looming tensions forming between heaven and hell.
