Summary
Will Solace became head counselor at 13 years old because his cabin (which was one of the biggest in camp) was reduced to three people in the battle of Manhattan. He was a war medic, seeing enough death up close to rival the Ghost King himself. He is almost singularly responsible for keeping his friends and family alive. He’s had to break and reset bones, dissect cadavers for medical research, sew Paulo Montes’ arms and leg back on, and worked for 48 hours straight after the battle of Camp Half Blood. Will Solace diagnoses people by touching them. He can feel if you have cancer. He can feel if you’re having a silent heart attack, or are being destroyed internally by parasites. When you die, he can feel your life leaching out of your body. He can feel the darkness in your hands.

“Join Jisung and I tonight,” Seungmin murmurs, in an uncharacteristically soft tone, as if he were cradling Minho close to his chest as he does Felix or Jisung, speaking to him as if he were someone precious and not just the king’s burden to bear. It hurts when Minho knows it’s just his imagination. “We can talk more then.”
“Are you sure?” Minho asks, clenching his fist behind his back tight enough to feel his nails dig into his palm.
Seungmin clenches and unclenches his fists at his sides. “Why wouldn't I be?”
I am your cross to bear. I am a nail in your coffin. I am the thorn in your side. I am. I am. I am.
“Nevermind,” Minho shakes his head and turns to Seungmin, bowing once more. He thinks his nails have broken skin. “See you tonight, then.”

Or; Minho relearns how to love his king through the eyes of his husbands and his past while simultaneously unlearning the mindset that he is only around to serve everyone else.

Summary
Felix has spent his entire life in the forest, away from the villages, away from people, sheltered beneath the gentle shade of the trees.
The disappearance of his uncle changed everything, though. Despite the fear thrumming in his veins, he sets out to seek his uncle; out and away from the forest’s protective embrace.
Perhaps he will reunite with his uncle, safe and unharmed, and they will both return home, together.
Or perhaps, as the fates would have it, he will encounter the individuals he was never meant to meet: his soulmates.
