    But, once Neito discovers that he can use his quirk, Copy, to give other people One for All, he suddenly has a new mission in life: to make heroes strong enough to defeat All for One and any other overpowered villain that might try to take over the world.

    Everyone knows not to walk alone in Musutafu. Sure, it’s a rough area, especially around the red light district, but it’s haunted. It’s a long figure, one that leaves walls painted in ash and soot and crime scenes so stomach-churning and violent, specialists had to be called in for the autopsies and analysis. There have been some sightings, some grainy video footage, but the only thing anyone can figure out is that Musutafu’s ghost has bright green hair and eyes that glow in the dark.

    Consecutive bloody murders happen every few weeks, and Eraserhead is the newest in the pursuit of what he considers to be some sort of mutant-type quirk holder gone completely wild. Efforts to capture the perpetrator have all come up empty, and they leave no trail or prediction as to where they'll strike next. Worse still, the killer's own abilities seem to be improving, adapting after every encounter with a hero who failed to take them down.

    Midoriya Izuku has his own problems to deal with. He's got a handle on anxiety, mediocrity is just another path to tread, but tired is eternal, and about the only way he'd sum up his life ever.
