This is for the nation, for the man he owes a life debt. He kills Ulfric Stormcloak, or he dies. Cieran cannot regret the choices that led him here, because it was always meant to be so, one way or another. He was always going to end up here, with a dagger in the bear of Markarth's heart.

He's supposed to be laying low, getting used to the new identity away from the states where people knew him. At least that's what Adrian says. Eddie's mostly been using the opportunity to get drunk and ogle tourists. He hums along to the Jimmy Buffet as he reclines; elbow on the bar, hand on his chin.
"Just add it to my tab." Eddie says to the man behind the bar.
"Of course, sir. What name?"
This is the part he hates.
