    He was hoping he could finally rest but he ends up travelling back in time and reincarnating as a Spiritual Tapir: a creature that eats nightmares. The bad news is that a young Luo Binghe finds him and takes him back to Qing Jing Peak. The good news is that there he can eat Shen Qingqiu's delicious nightmares.

    The annoying news is that Luo Binghe is still obsessed with his Shizun and this time he might actually get somewhere.

    Luo Binghe stays up until the moon dips below the horizon. He thinks of his long-dead Shizun. He thinks of the other world. Fingers through his hair, a soft voice. He thinks of being held close while he sleeps.
    He wants.
    It feels like his ribs are cracking to make room for something his chest never grew to accommodate.
    He feels the whispering of Xin Mo in his mind.
    For the first time in a long time he thinks, maybe the whispers are right.
    He could unmake the world if he wanted. He had already remade it once. Could he not do it again? Remake it the way he wishes.
    Couldn’t he start again?

    Luo Binghe sees a future where he is loved and becomes desperate to achieve it. Using Xin Mo, he cuts a hole in space-time to go back and change his past so he can have his perfect future.
    But some some things are not easily altered.

    He just wanted to be left alone. But the scum villain keeps bothering him, and actually seems to like him- why? What changed!? The hell!?
