One day while the Spectre was bored , it decided it wanted.. a little more entertainment.
Sending the people it already sent to damnation into a world where there was zombies roaming and there was never a moment of piece , but after trying to send them back to the Forsaken realm and it failing , they were trapped forever in the world with no escape.
