Summary
Baby Buckley entered the world screaming – without a name to call his own – oh so alone. His mother didn’t want to hold her own child, too caught up with wanting to see her eldest son – his father felt the same. Maybe his father didn’t feel the same, but instead he was so caught up in trying and failing to keep a smile on his wife’s face that he just did whatever she asked of him. Whatever it took to keep her happy.
Baby Buckley lay in the baby ward all alone, until a little girl came up to the window and peered at him. A smile lit her face, her eyes sparkled.
“Don’t worry little brother. I love you, pinkie promise.”
She stretched out a single pinkie and formed it into a hook, knocking it into the glass.
A phone call from Buck's parents telling him they're visiting sends him spiraling down, but he's not alone.
Or It all falls apart before it gets put together again.

absolutely gutted at the idea of Loki ending in less than an hour-- not because i was necessarily 100% into the series, but simply because it held such good elements, and i'm gonna miss feeling something for a while.in any case, happy finale eve! depending on the events of the finale, this might get deleted, or it might get hyped! idk! let's go babeyyyy

It's no fun for anyone involved.
Notes:
One of the prompts for the recent Stoki Week in July was "always honest" and in true form I took that and beat Loki up with it. Which resulted in this thing, and I'm posting it because a) I crave validation and b) I feel bad for making everyone wait for new stuff from me when mostly I'm just having problems writing at all, in general. Brain, mush, etc. etc. But here, I made everyone sad, I hope you like it.Set post "Shrapnel" for those worried about verse order, and obviously also post "Pedagogy" as well.
