    Nearly a year after the fall of WCKD, life at Safe Haven has settled into something quieter than Thomas ever thought possible. People have started building homes instead of shelters, the island finally feels safe, and although the grief never really leaves, Thomas has learned how to live with the memory of Newt’s death.

    Then a boat washes ashore carrying survivors from the mainland and rumors about an organization operating beyond the coastlines left behind after the collapse of the Last City.

    At first, Thomas tries not to think much of it.

    That becomes impossible the second he starts hearing details that sound far too familiar.

    Hey guys! I'm taking off right after Newt attacked Tommy with the famous quote "Don't lie to me" and i included my imagination into all of it. The original plan was to write a "one shot" but i changed my mind and i will probably write three or four more parts because i'm a huuuuge Newtmas fan.
