Summary
Eddie!? — was his first thought.
Buck’s eyelids felt heavy, his lips dry. His face pressed against the freezing floor, and for a long moment, he didn’t move. Just breathe. Let his body remember what to do. His right arm was pinned beneath his torso, numb, his left awkwardly twisted behind him.
He inhaled.
No wind. No scent of sun-warmed asphalt, no trace of salty ocean air. The air was recycled, lukewarm, slightly damp. He was indoors.
He shifted his limbs, adjusting slightly. Nothing restrained him, nothing tied him down — not at the wrists, not at the ankles. Good news. Probably.
The most important thing was to stay calm, scan the room, find a way out.

Or Maddie have enough with this buddie nonsense, so after a family night she decide to act on it. Meanwhile Buck woke up with an heavy head and no memory how he come here.

Summary
Eddie and Buck are idiots. Their peripheral vision when it comes to relationships — and especially their relationship — is a full-blown tragedy in itself. I have never seen two people so profoundly unobservant of their own feelings. They don’t even listen when the script is practically spelling out what’s between them.
And I’m saying that as a professional storyteller. This is literally my job, as a narrator.
But after eight seasons? Enough. I'm stepping in to help these characters a little, because at this rate, we’re never getting anywhere and they won’t kiss until season twenty.
