Summary
It's been six months since Atsushi Nakajima has been declared missing when the organization known as the Crimson Serpent launched an attack on Yokohama, more specifically - the Port Mafia, who ends up significantly weakened both in manpower and morale. Scars left in that attack surface when a meeting of the great gifted council known as the Astrix - a summit of the twelve most powerful ability users in the whole world - is scheduled in Yokohama. The topic of discussion? The execution of Osamu Dazai, who is suspected to be planning to destroy the Book. Chuuya, predicting the parties involved won't play fair, sends Adam to protect him from possible assassination attempts. They're joined by Sigma, who initiates Adam into his plan to find out more about Dazai's past before the Mafia. Ghosts of the past won't stop haunting Ena either.
