His quirk sounds simple yet isn't
Mind Reading;
While not really ' reading ' per day , he can basically flip a switch and hear and see a selected person's thoughts .
It is like a full experience of that person's mind while still having his own thoughts making him tired quickly.
The person's actively worded thoughts , their emotions, the images in their minds assistant in their thought process, all of that is basically copy pasted over on top his .Overall it's a tiring quirk to train, oh but train it he did , if he wants to be a hero he needs to have control over his quirk and over the past few years he has been trying to number the experience of other's thoughts while still being able to ' read ' them.
Now with his practice, he can selectively chose whether he wants the full experience, just images and thought out words or emotions. -
