Summary
Every year around winter, Sute gets a bit weird. Mainly she gives people presents for no real reason and starts decorating and other nice things. She doesn't even give people weird stuff, it's actually nice, normal presents! It's a bit weird, but no one's really going to turn down cookies even in Kiri.
