War hasn't grown any less all-consuming in the 21st century, though at least there are no current world wars. But Ares, still unable to touch his domain, nevertheless is often restless, anxious, and prone to taking risks. His several lovers all work to help him, to give him the distraction, release, and intensity that keeps him from giving in to the urge to lose himself in destructive madness.
This night, as a trendy culture festival winds to an end, Dionysus will be the one who takes Ares home and fucks him until he can't even remember his own name, let alone his troubles.
