Summary
Western esotericism recognizes two paths of attaining one's goals. The right hand path follows specific ethical codes and adopts social convention; while the Left Hand takes the opposite approach, espousing the breaking of taboo and abandoning set morality.
JKR wrote a series about the quintessential light hero, following the right hand path to specifications of her brand of conventional morality. Personally, I find it flat, hollow, and lacking; especially after she's revealed her true colors. I intend to explore the other side of the house and cultural divide, to breathe life into barely existent characters, and delve into the deliciously dark aspects of the magical world. Not all dark magic is evil, and not all the practitioners are prejudiced genocidal fascists. This is their story.Despite their schoolyard rivalry, the Slytherins and Gryffindors have more in common than either of them would admit. Their goals are shockingly similar: to avoid living under the tyrannical regime of a mad dark Lord and shed the shackles of oppression. Their methods, however, could not be more antithetical. After all, it is well known that Slytherins are willing to use any means to achieve their ends, fair and foul alike.

Summary
The lust to preserve is comparable to every description Sasori has ever heard of sexual arousal, although with none of the physical indicators. Rather, it is a nebulous weight which coalesces in his living core, rendered sensitive by heat and the husk underlying his partner’s words. It is paradoxical – drawn to the fact that he is alive, set almost entirely on changing that, held back by the potent impulse to draw this out, to repeat this dance ad nauseam. He needs to make Deidara his. He needs to keep Deidara alive. He needs to drag him by the strings, hooked on joints, their chakra networks as close together as possible, and he needs to watch Deidara’s throat flutter like a caged bird thrashing to be let free.

There are three relevant things one needs to know about the Fox: first, suggesting a ransom for his mate was a fatal mistake. Second, he was a procrastinator by nature and it would take him all day to accomplish a rescue, but he *would* be on time if it was for Sasuke. “And third… is that the rumors are true... Well, sorta. Y’see, it was a leg he ripped off, and he used it to beat *another* guy to death while the other bled out on the floor..."
Kidnapping Sasuke to get to Naruto probably sounded like a good plan, but all it resulted in was brutal murder and primal sex between the legendary Yakuza head, Uchiha Sasuke, and his husband, the bounty hunter Naruto "the Fox" Uzumaki.
