Summary
Qetsiyah summons Elena Gilbert from her slumber to anchor the doppleganger line to her, leaving her immortal and stranded in Ancient Greece unable to change the future. Time passes through her immortal grasp as she finally catches up with a familiar family.
The Mikaelsons, now freshly turned vampires and on the run from their father.
Elena offers a helping hand and ends up getting tugged into the Original vampire family drama.
She tried to find her place in every era she lived through, but why does she feel more at home with the family that will all try to kill her at one point, than anywhere else in the world?
And why does Elijah keep smiling at her like that?

Summary
His past still haunts him, but his shoulders were light. He still hates his enemies, but the burden of it wasn't suffocating. And everyone was doing their best to make his tragedies-turned-nightmares into a hope for the future.
And in turn, they all saw the effort he gives back for their own. While he's still too tired to physically show it, he shows his care through his actions.
They just wished that Law would pick less fights in doing so.
