Desperate to outrun his own biological instincts, Tony retreats to his lab. Unfortunately, escaping biology is a lot easier than escaping Steve Rogers' concern.

STONY/WINTERHAWK. Determined to save his long-lost friend, Steve has brought Bucky back to S.H.I.E.L.D., hoping they can free him of his mind-control the same way they were able to free Clint Barton. However, the Winter Soldier may be a little more... unstable... than Captain America first thought, and unfortunately, he isn't the one who ends up paying the price.
Inspired by the Superbowl TV slot that imploded my brain yesterday (specifically, one scene involving a gun, a high-tech armoured repulsor glove, and a heartbreakingly shocked expression), I decided to write out an idea I had of how I think the Civil War could start, progress, and end, using different parts of the trailers we've seen.
Dedicated to all the #TeamIronMan and #TeamCap babies out there. SUIT UP, KIDS, AN EMOTIONAL HORRORFEST IS COMING!!!
