Summary
I've turned this work into a series because I've realised it made more sense than keeping to one huge work.
The first installation focuses on the summer of Year 4 and the murder mystery. The part featuring the actual school year will come after and there will be a few one shots in the middle.

Summary
The Justice League are having trouble with a ghost and Constantine really want to deal with it before the ghost's king comes to collect his wayward subject. Bruce thinks it sounds like a good solution for someone to come and collect the untouchable enemy until he suddenly, horrifyingly, doesn't.
Barry let out a yelp and Bruce instinctively flinched backwards as he could feel his skin tingling, hands spasming, muscles twitching, and hear stuttering in his chest as the electricity in the air surrounding them increased increased increased.
“The king has arrived,” Constantine choked out through clenched teeth.
Really, Danny just wanted to take Skulker back to the Zone.

Danny is just trying to have a normal day at a convention with his friends; he wasn’t counting on the fashion police criticizing him at every turn, people having a surprising level of interest in Amity Park, and especially not on guns being drawn.
But despite this, he was sure that nothing bad would happen. Nothing. They would all behave like normal, respectable people. He was sure of it.
