Tom stared at the ragged toy with far more intensity than it likely deserved. It was just a teddy bear for pities sake.
Between the hole in the head, the stomach losing most of the stuffing from another smaller hole, and the ratty, faded ribbon around its neck, it had certainly seen better days.
Tom suppressed a sigh. Was he really considering this shabby old bear for Shadow?

When Game Shadow stepped through the strange ring that appeared in White Space, he was not expecting to fall into another dimension.
He was also not expecting his and Team Sonic's counterparts in that dimension to follow him back to White Space.
With an extra version of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow taking part in the time anomaly, things are sure to go haywire.

Spider-verse Sonic style and it’s great! The comparisons between the Sonic’s and also the movie counterparts are really interesting and make for fun interactions. Grumpy Shadow is grumpy and allergic to feelings while meanwhile Movie!Shadow is a grieving mess that’s all feels and doesn’t know what to do. Great read with the kids really throwing everyone else for loops and adopting Shadow along the way while their older counterparts actually become friends, though Shadow is still in denial.
