Summary
After getting stranded by the malfunctioning portal gate, Sora, Frak, Riyu, and Wyldfyre find themselves on a long and tiring journey to reunite with the rest of the ninja.
This newest threat won't be resolved in a single day, however, and the exhausted teens need to spend the night at a dingy motel to rest and recover their strength.
No one has any crises at all, whatsoever. There is certainly nothing going on between any of the ninja trainees, and Sora would like to drop the subject, now.

While running from bullies, 5-year-old Naruto accidentally activates a blood seal put in place by Uzumaki Mito, granting him access to a hidden safehouse used by the Uzumaki Clan throughout Konoha's history.
Naruto, while ignorant of the true importance of his discovery, brings to light information about his clan that even the Hokage didn't know. The information, a seemingly small and simple detail, will set his life on a different path to a bright future.

Summary
So. The world ended, Zetsu won, everything was destroyed and almost everyone died, and the only way to fix it was time travel. You know the drill.
Jiraiya and Naruto had a plan, and an overly-complex seal with which to execute this plan. Unfortunately (or, perhaps, fortunately) they forgot to account for the only other being left alive besides them. Kurama adding his chakra into the seal to stabilize the flow would have been fine, if he hadn't massively overestimated the amount they needed.
Now, they've overshot by about twenty years, there's no existing body for Naruto's mind and soul to be shoved into, and really, Hiruzen knew this would happen to Jiraiya eventually.

Or, Jiraiya and Naruto time travel too far back, and Jiraiya's goddaughter is now just his daughter.

“...sometimes I wonder if Lila’s even human…” Marinette murmured.
And that, Tikki thought, was a perfectly good question. Turns out, Marinette was correct though not for the right reason. Lila wasn't a sentimonster, but she was something just as magical. She was quite literally, a tricky little fox.
Now all Marinette, and Adrien along for the ride needed to do is expose her.
