He jolts at the feeling of the palm against his, callused and big and smooth. “Ah, well, that’s a relief.” He responds, wondering if it sounds as breathy to Buck as it does to his own ears. “Eddie Diaz. Glad you’re not about to keel over before I even get my coffee.”
