Summary
The church had been the same ever since he could remember, and that was part of the problem. As a child the building had appeared infinitely tall, so much more so than their humble house, the spire climbing to the heavens as though the roof-tiles themselves could commune with God.
This building had laid the foundations of disbelief and hostility that later grew into violence. Now the reverence and disenchanted haze of youth had faded away and Theodore could see the building for what it was – simply a church, filled with unholy ghosts.
An exploration of Theodore's history, focused on family and how [not] to deal with those who have wronged us.

Summary
Pressure builds in his skull as he watches the fluid run, eyes following it’s movement with a hazy interest. His tongue plays languidly across his teeth and upper lip as he tilts his head to follow it’s path, tasting the sweat and flecks of blood already drying there, an idea taking form in the shadows of his mind. The dark pool beneath the two of them spreads, sinking into the grooves of the flooring, staining the grout and muddying the colour of the tile.
A young Theodore relishes the taste of the kill.

Summary
On release from juvenile detention, instead of settling back into the house where he’d grown up, Theodore had skipped town. He wasn’t yet raw enough to formulate the idea that would lead to the death of his father, and not desperate enough to sit in the rot that permeated that wretched home.
And so his adult life had begun; town by town crawling north through the state, working whatever job he could get his hands on that offered cash and asked few questions. This is how he came to be in a fairly populous town a few miles east of the Coosa River.
He had begun to itch beneath his skin, and he knew from experience that it was time to scratch.
The crimes that landed Theodore Bagwell in prison.

Summary
It was the smallest he had ever looked to Astarion, but there was no comfort to be found in it. Astarion thought he had seen every twisted mask that face was capable of – from sadistic pleasure to bored detachment and everything in between – but he was wrong. The icy hatred in Cazador’s eyes was a novelty that chilled Astarion to his core, and he knew his master would not rest until he made his creation regret the day it stepped out of line.
Astarion and his companions prevented Cazador from completing the Ascension, but his former master escaped before they could strike a killing blow. Now, in the wake of the Absolute's defeat, Astarion has no choice but to wait and see what form Cazador's revenge might take.

Summary
Halsin had stepped valiantly into a portal that blinked out of existence when their party was overwhelmed in combat. They hadn’t been close all those years ago, but Halsin had been the first to die, and Astarion would be the last as he was always destined to be. There was something meaningful in that.
Immortality leaves one with rather a lot of years to keep track of. 150 years since saving the realm. 146 years since marrying Wyll. 79 years since becoming a widow. 13 years since the last of his former companions passed on without him.
Of all the things Astarion has suffered in his long life, the one blow he's no longer capable of weathering is suffering all on his own. When he finds his way to the Shadow-Cursed lands in search of place to waste away in peace, the last thing he expects to find is a kindred spirit in similar need of healing.

Summary
When Astarion awakens in the aftermath of the Nautiloid crash, it is not to a friendly face but the press of goblin steel against his cheek.
Now a captive of the Absolute, he is left starving and huddled in the corner, waiting for the beast that shares his cell to finally strike.
Bears, after all, are not known to be the most gracious killers.

Oh no, this has a hold on me. Phenomenal work - the voices of Billy and Stu are brilliant.
