a deeply entertaining statistician / rules-of-power-equipped shane that inadvertently uses his sexuality and bottom eyes to get everything he wants out of life and hockey cohesion on his team. i love the author's notes, how they made shane's other asian classmate his friend and the sweet humor of it all. Miitka is such a fucking cutie omg!!!! and the way all his teammates are pavloved into romancing him while Ilya's the only one who can elicit understanding and actual sexuality from the same words.
