He’s vaguely aware that Kacchan’s turned around in front of him, nostrils flaring and his usual scowl turning into a sharp-toothed sneer. “The hell, Deku?”
Panic snaps up his spine and makes him go rigid at his desk, One For All activating just enough to make the lacquered wood under his hands snap and splinter. “I-” he stammers, eyes flicking around the room to find the eyes of his entire class on him. Most of them with their hands cupped over their noses and mouths.
One gulping breath is enough to tell him that he’s flooding the classroom with his scent.
His hands release their death grip on the desk to cup around his neck, eyes wide as he realizes the scent patches have dissolved already. Burned through with the power of the pheromones his body is broadcasting. His usual clean, mountainous forest scent is laced with the sharp tang and sizzle of ozone. Growing increasingly sour with his distress.
And underneath all of that… the pulsing call of his heat.

When Izuku comes back after leaving UA without leaving anything but a shitty note, Katsuki is changed to say the least. Katsuki has a routine, he always had, but now there was something new apart of it. Every night he would get up and check on Izuku, just make sure he was still there. Izuku catches him one night, but Katsuki plays it off. Then Izuku has a restless night, deciding a run would help him sleep, only Katsuki thinks he’s leaving again. Katsuki sleeps with him that night after he calms him down, and the night after that, and the night after that.
They finally express their feelings for one another of the third night of their sleepover, and Katsuki realizes how badly he wants to be inside Izuku.
