After waiting for so long my wife asked me to finish the story for her and I thought I would share it just in case anyone else would like to read my version while they wait for the real thing.
In the wake of treachery and war, Westeros teeters on the edge of the Long Night. Jon Snow, betrayed and murdered by his own brothers, is resurrected by Melisandre, but he returns changed, haunted by visions of Bran and a future consumed by ice. Bran Stark, now the Three-Eyed Raven, delves into the past and uncovers the truth of Jon’s parentage. Stannis Baratheon’s final gambit against the Boltons ends in blood, while Theon Greyjoy exacts brutal vengeance on Ramsay Bolton. In the South, Cersei Lannister tightens her grip on King’s Landing, turning Tommen into her puppet. Meanwhile, the White Walkers stir, their army growing as an ancient force awakens. As factions scheme and betray, Euron works to unleash ancient forces. Daenerys returns to Meereen after receiving a fiery vision. The game of thrones continues, but winter is here, and death marches with it.

The Others have breached The Wall, and the Night King now leads the Army of the Dead into the lands of the living. As darkness and winter soon fall over the land, Jon Snow, the King in the North, now brings the last child of the last Targaryen king of Westeros to the North, hoping that her army and dragons can turn the tides against the biggest danger to men. Relationships appear, minor Jonsa and Jonerys, nothing explicit.Epilogue story from Ch84 evolves around the “Varys-Mopatis plot” and more fan theories I build on, with the Golden Company, JonCon, Arianne and a war that provides conclusion and complete Daenerys redemption. Blackfyre redemption. No Jonsa & No Jonerys (sorry!) More explicit.
Some ASOIAF characters are reinvented to fit or give them “redemption arcs”, some share only backstory and name with ASOIAF or were adjusted, because of S1-6 GOT character cuts.

The dragon has three heads.
Daenerys had been taught about dragons, about her family history and the great beasts they rode. About their thick hides and near impenetrable scales. About their horned heads and fanged maws that can spit fire at a moments notice. About their leathery wings which sounded like the roar of thunder with each beat.
She had never been taught about them having multiple heads. The three headed crimson dragon of her House's flag was to represent Aegon and his sister-wives, of the three dragons they used to bend the Seven Kingdoms to their knees. It was figurative.
But this one she cradled to her breast had three heads at the end of its sinuous serpentine necks. The crown of each head was dotted with small, barely-there horns with more along the length of the spine. There were also two tails, the barbed tips curling around her forearm like a babe clinging to its mother's finger. Its scales shone like gold, glittering through the ash coating its body.
