Till wondered aloud. "I wonder if we'll always stay together like this."
Sua startled at his words. "Don't you know? We—"
"Of course we will." Mizi said reassuringly. "You know what, let's make a promise." She brought her hand in the middle of them, and slowly, they put theirs atop. "Let's promise each other that we'll always stay together, no matter what."
Ivan seemed amused at this. "Aren't you being too idealistic?"
"Come on Ivan, just go on with it." Till said, not wanting to upset Mizi.
Ivan chuckled, but did as he was told.
"I promise I will stay with you forever." He said, surreptitiously glancing at Till. The ashen haired boy ignored his gaze to focus on Mizi. "I promise we'll be together until the end of times."
"I swear before the great Anakt that we'll always remain by each other's side." Sua said solemnly.
"I promise I'll never leave your universe." Mizi said at last.Then they spoke in a same voice. "May Anakt hear our prayers."
May Anakt hear our prayers and let us stay by each other's side.
