Summary
(A continuation of Arcane after two months have passed since the end of Season Two.)
A factory within Factorywood collapses, leaving a dense cloud of the Grey to spread throughout the Entresol and the Sump.
Caitlyn gathers Vi and Loris to investigate the cause, while Ekko and the Firelights do their best to help all those afflicted.
Jinx and Isha are in hiding at Blisters and Bedrock, but the Grey outbreak still gets to them, and Isha is afflicted heavily.
Mel and Sevika are dealing with a new Council, one that isn't fond of Sevika presence, while Jayce is locked away in Stillwater and Viktor has disappeared.

Summary
Shoruna is split into two entities. The Imperium and the Underbelly.
