Lumine didn't expect to be told that one of her co-workers was immortal. Lumine didn't expect to meet the ex Geo Archon either. And she certainly didn't plan on being yanked into another timeline by a crazed male version of herself.
All because she made one decision.
Saved an ex gang leader named Diluc from starvation.
That was all she did.
Well at least she has six boyfriends now.. somehow.
(If her dad asks, she only has one boyfriend, and his name is Zhongli, ok? The poor man's heart wouldn't be able to handle it if he knew his daughter was getting dirty with six ex gang members.)

Lumine receives a commission that leads her into the sands of Sumeru’s desert to find a long lost tomb. When she finds it, the ruins swallow her into a network of caverns beneath the dunes. Trapped and hunting for any way to escape, she finds herself with an unlikely ally: Childe, the Fatui Harbinger, on orders to scope out the tomb they are now sealed inside.As the ruins wind deeper into the depths of Teyvat, into a realm that scrapes against the vast ruins of the Khaenri’ahn civilization, Childe and Lumine are forced to rely on each other to survive. As she comes to realize they are much more similar than she would like to admit, she is forced to confront uncertain new feelings for someone she should never fall for- and stumbles into a relationship that could consume them both and leave nothing behind.

His face was placid, satisfied, even though she had him pinned to the wall. He looked down at her through his lashes, daring her to come closer. To show the emotion he so craved from her—any emotion other than that cool front she had been putting up for weeks on end.
“Don’t play these games with me,” she breathed, her voice low and chiding.
To that, he scoffed. Laughed, even. “You set the board. I’m just a player.”
Lumine had the school heartthrob, their star basketball player, wrapped around her finger. She found it intoxicating to watch him reel beneath her, coming undone at the flick of her wrist. She was a nobody in the eyes of the general public, yet she found herself in a position to be everything to him.
Unfortunately for her, Childe soon finds out that two can play this game.
