Let alone, doing this with the man on the other side of the screen. Clichéd as it may seem, it’s like the Stars aligned for them to be in this exact moment. For her, all of this feels strangely...intimate. Perhaps, a little bit too intimate for a (possibly) married man. She holds her tongue about bringing this up.
Three months after the events of RE: Requiem, Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy try to settle back into their normal lives. During one particular night, while Leon is on a mission overseas, they uncover certain feelings within themselves that are way too close for comfort.

Grace averted her eyes, fixed them on her own hands, twisting her cocktail glass in nervous circles beneath the bleary pumpkin light of the ridiculously swanky bar.
"W-w-well," she said, and the blood rushed to her cheeks. "My therapist encouraged me to ask you."
Leon raised an eyebrow. "Your therapist encouraged you to ask a man twice your age to take your virginity?"
"Well, uh. Actually, you're forty-nine, and I'm not quite twenty-four, so it's actually, like. S-Slightly more than twice."
"Oh. Well, that changes everything," he said drily.

That was as direct as Aqua could be. Kana sputtered, unable to even compose a sentence. She couldn’t move now, trapped against the railing. He could feel her body shiver. From fear, maybe? Her lips parted, and she stared at him in what could only be bewildered shock. He should stop this. Remaining on friendly terms with Arima was more beneficial in the long run. She’d play her role in his film expertly. If she were in emotional turmoil, she wouldn’t put out an optimal performance. He needed this film to be successful. If he were going to use her, then what he was doing now was counterproductive.
He knew that well.
And yet – the rage inside of him only grew. Why did she look at him like that? So surprised, like she couldn’t believe he was doing this. Couldn’t believe that he was speaking to her like this. There was something sick inside of him – some deep chasm that oozed and pulsated like a wound left to fester and rot. I’d use even you, Arima Kana, he thought, raising a hand and pinching her chin in between his forefinger and thumb.
You shouldn’t trust me.
