Doctor O'hara finds Jackie passed out on the floor with tiny vials of morphine scattered around her. What happened directly after the finale, from Elenor's pov - and what a convincing pov! One of the best character voices I've ever seen, and solid, nuanced characterization. Has the same mix of pragmatism and tenderness as the show, and it ends beautifully.
