Inspired by MG's answer and a pregnancy prompt on tumblr.
Tommy and Felicity start a friends with benefits arrangement the night he breaks up with Laurel. Dying while trapped under a beam at CNRI during the Undertaking, Tommy finds out Felicity is pregnant, and has Oliver promise him to take care of her and the baby.
It's the same old cliche of pretending to be together, raising a kid together, and falling in love somewhere along the line.

When some unpleasant circumstances cause Donna Smoak to send her daughter to live with a notorious Bratva Captain, her daughter is less than pleased.
