Summary
As lord of a small portion of land in Germany, Klaus Von Reinherz had many responsibilities. Most important of all is protecting the barrier between our world and the world beyond. When an act of kindness let in an ancient evil Klaus had only one choice: to activate an ancient warding spell to prevent the barrier from being breached. Upon having his life saved by a monster hunter, he turned his anger on the things that go bump in the night. But Steven is lonely and tired. When he takes one seemingly impossible hunt he winds up in the care of Klaus Von Reinherz, a local noble believed to be dead.
Can they help each other regain what they have lost? Or will a sinister plot to bring chaos upon the world destroy them both?
