"Oh Gott, was ist passiert?" fragte er und streckte vorsichtig eine Hand aus, aber Boerne wich zurück. Was könnte seine Cousine gesagt oder getan haben, dass Boerne so aufgelöst vor ihm stand.
"Ich…" Boerne konnte nicht weiter reden weil er schluchzen musste. Dann setzte er nochmal an. "Ich hab… ich hab… hab sie…umgebracht", brachte er leise krächzend hervor.
"Was?" zischte Thiel und seine Augen weiteten sich, das musste er missverstanden haben, das konnte Boerne gerade nicht wirklich gesagt haben. Er würde niemanden umbringen. Er griff blitzschnell nach Boernes Arm und zog ihn in die Wohnung, er sah sich nochmal im Hausflur um, aber keiner schien das gehört zu haben, also schmiss er die Tür hinter sich zu, bevor er Boernes ins Wohnzimmer schob.

Thiel muss sich plötzlich mit dieser Frage auseinandersetzen. Die Antwort ist anders, als er vielleicht gedacht hätte. -

Mica handled a lot of unpredictable situations in their job as an emergency hatchling guardian. It came with the territory – there were all kinds of reasons a pebble too young to be alone might need watching by someone who wasn’t a cluster member. But Mica had never had a situation like the call they received from the space science cluster.
“Engineer Rocky is on that ship, apparently injured, and he’s brought back some kind of alien with him. It’s very young, only IIVI years old, it doesn’t have any of its own kind, but it learned some Eridian from Engineer Rocky. Can you come and watch it while Engineer Rocky recovers and we work out what it needs?”
or, Grace gets babysat by an Eridian.

Rocky tilted his carapace to the side in curiosity. “Why, question?”
Grace shrugged. “It’s fun.”
Rocky was quiet for a moment. Then, he rolled closer until he was right next to Grace. “How do I obtain bracelet of friendship, question?”
