Summary
It starts with one plug. One plug. In the entire coffee shop.
Beomgyu's laptop is on the brink of death, and the only thing standing between him and academic annihilation is a wall socket guarded by a boy who looks like he walked out of a romance novel and into a very inconvenient seating arrangement.
But Beomgyu has never let mild terror—or unfairly gorgeous strangers—stand in his way. So he plugs in, sits down, and blurts out something mortifying.
The boy—Taehyun—is smart, unreadably calm, and definitely the kind of person who alphabetizes their apps and judges people who say “expresso.” Yet somehow, they keep meeting. Again. And again. And somewhere between shared notes, 3 a.m. ramen, and crisis-induced pillow forts, Beomgyu starts to wonder if this whole electricity thing was fate’s very weird way of charging something a little more permanent.
Like feelings.
Or maybe just his phone. (But let’s be honest—probably feelings.)

Summary
Beomgyu is born vibrant and well-loved that he is eager to share such energy. He has been blissfully oblivious until confusion starts to grow when he discovers that he doesn’t see what others can.
He never understands what red means, not even blue nor purple.
He is informed (too casually for his taste) that he cannot see any colors. They apparently live in a world where they have to meet someone to wake the sleeping cones in their retinas, at least that is what the doctor said. His parents have told him that he will get to meet his soulmate someday, and that he will understand.
How he wishes it is as simple as it sounds.
