Summary
Dantsu is quite the interesting one, in that respect. If she were merely helpful or merely kind to everyone, that would simply make her one of a relatively marginal, yet numerically plentiful amount of good samaritans of society, yet there’s something much stronger in what she offers, Tachyon thinks. The closest comparator one might have is in the sorts of stories her maids would read her as a child, of honorable knights and grandiose protagonistic virtues, heroes through and through.
And yet, she believes herself to be anything but. Fascinating.
Abstract: Talus fractures are known to be a challenge for even experienced surgeons and practitioners, so much so that some may choose not to treat them at all. In this observational study, a young umamusume burdened by a most unfortunate fracture, with the aid of a blinding sun, learns how to try anyways.
