If there’s one thing Shoyo has learned in his time knowing Superman, it’s that teasing never fails to get a rise out of him. And if there’s one thing Shoyo is good at, it’s teasing.
“I see,” he goads, “you’re used to people swooning and sighing over the big, strong hero.” He raises the back of a hand to his forehead and leans dramatically against Superman’s arm.
His efforts earn him a derisive chuckle.
“Not exactly," Superman sighs. "People find me... scary." His expression twists into a brooding scowl.
"Gee, I wonder why?"

Summary
He had never felt this way about anyone else before. Just looking at Hinata made his mind break. He didn’t know what to call the emotion, and he was still at a point where most emotions were immediately reinterpreted as anger, or annoyance. He didn’t know what to do. He had too much pride, so much pride. He wanted Hinata to break first, to make the exception for Kageyama first, to say ‘I don’t date actors but I would date you; I can’t do long-term but I could with you; I’m bad at one-night-stands but I could make it work with you’. Too much pride. He knew he was at a disadvantage. He had always known. He knew he felt double, triple, an exponential factorial of whatever Hinata felt. He had always known.
“If I asked you to go to war for me, would you do it?”

“—what useless shit did you buy this time?”
Hinata pulls the phone from his ear and gives it a long, affronted kind of look, and in the back of his head he imagines he is aiming it at Kageyama, who sees it, and has the decency to look at least a little apologetic for being so rude.
“Not useless,” Hinata says, “and not shit either!”
“I’ll believe it when I see it,” Kageyama says. Hinata grins, shuffling in his seat.
“Great! I’ll show you tomorrow, because I’m gonna need you to like…come around and help me out with the show. Okay?”
