Icy eyes blown dark and euphoric. “I can take anything, and triumph.” Knives, snarling, nipping at his ear. His voice was low and rumbling now, so Legato pressed his lips reverently to the hollow of his jaw as Knives said, “Do you doubt my power? You, my most precious believer?”

The Eye of Michael has elaborate plans to save the plants around Gunsmoke, and Legato Bluesummers— Millions Knives’ right hand man and boyfriend— always plays an intricate role. Knives convinces Legato to turn one of their missions into a date of sorts, as he wears a vibrator controlled by Legato. In the ruins of the raid, Legato gets to see just how great his angel's stamina is before Knives returns the favor for Legato, with a little extra surprise.

Summary
