Summary
Perhaps Izuku’s quirk did manifest when he was 4 years old, the only problem was it had extremely specific activation conditions. His quirk gave him the natural craving to play video games, but the fanboy within him always played the fighters and royals. Never had he picked up a game where he had the choice of making his own character, creating his own story.
That was until he finally did, in the form of a pre-quirk game somehow still releasing on new consoles: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Summary
Izuku learned at a very young age that love is conditional. Love is a reward for following the rules, love is reserved for those who are worthy of it, for those who are loveable.
Izuku was not loveable, well at least not according to anyone he'd ever met.
All he ever wanted to do was help people, to be someone worthy of loving but at 12 years old he's left with nothing and no one. Living on the streets he has to make his own way in life and maybe help some of the people in this community he's found himself in.
Follow his journey as Izuku skirts the line of the law saving people and maybe even finding someone who thinks he's worth loving.🕺 Uploads every other Wednesday 💃
