Summary
The door opens at that moment, and in comes a man practically panting for breath.
They all turn to him. Jungwon has to blink a few times to confirm that his eyes aren’t deceiving him. He really hopes that they are, because if they’re not he’ll unfortunately have to kill Jake for omitting the very important detail that his least favourite person in the whole world was going to be here too. His heart practically drops to his stomach.
Said person finally opens his mouth and speaks.
“Sorry I’m late,” Jay apologises. “My car broke down on the highway and I had to wait there for about an hour for help, and then I lost my keys, and—” He abruptly stops talking when his eyes land on Jungwon sitting on the couch. He visibly falters and swallows, looking away. “And… um, yeah. Sorry.”

Summary
Jay had one very simple rule when it came to one-night stands: no repeats.
In a small town where everyone knew everyone, getting involved with the same person twice was just asking for trouble. Especially when you were the bartender at the only bar in town.
Or:
Jungwon moves to Oak Grove and becomes the first person to make Jay break his own rule. Then, somehow, between fixing kitchen cabinets, late-night dinners, terrible monster movies, garden gnomes and one very judgmental cat, things start to feel like Jay finally found a home.

Summary
Jay and Jungwon ended their relationship on good terms… or at least as peacefully as two people still carrying love in different forms could. Years later, fate places them back together. Jungwon has become one of the industry’s most sought after models, while Jay has made a name for himself as a renowned photographer. As they collaborate on project after project, familiar habits and unspoken tenderness begin to resurface through the cracks they thought time had sealed.
Wherein; Jay and Jungwon are just exes who can’t seem to move on from each other.

Summary
He’s slouched forward in his seat, hoodie over his head that doesn’t quite fully hide the wired headphones plugged in his ears. In front of him there’s no laptop or even a notebook prepared to take notes in, only a single black backpack that’s so flat that Jay doubts there’s anything but air inside it.
Another typical slacker student it seems. On the first day, no less. “…What is your name?”
“Yang Jungwon.”
(Or: Jay helps private tutor one of his students that’s at risk of failing his class, and in turn receives a lesson on love, the hard way.)
