Summary

Summary
Sara has always devoted herself to the service of the Raiden Shogun. Ever since the Electro Archon had saved her when she was falling from the cliff, Sara has been loyal to her and her alone. So it surprises her when she finds herself being punished with a curse. A curse which makes her feel like she's falling, heart racing like it might explode, whenever she even thinks of her beloved Archon. A curse which will have her feeling like she will splatter on the rocks below the cliff that her Shogun has flung her off of.
Struggling to carry out her duties while under such a curse, Sara begins avoiding Ei, hoping that she wouldn't notice before the end of the curse.
Unfortunately, Ei notices.
Sara is falling. Just not in the way that she thinks she is.

Was it as children, the two writing letters back and forth as a secret, talking of books and training? Or was it as adults, Sara's knife to Kokomi's throat as a battle waged around them?
One way or another, the necklaces they exchanged in better times tell of their bond. One that cannot be unforged through war and the blood on both their hands and hearts.
