So when Josie got infused with black magic and became dark Josie. Hope refused to fight her and pulled her punches, so not to hurt Josie. But of course Josie being controlled by the worst part of herself, she blasted her best friend off with a spell Hope didn't recognize.
Now some how Hope was in a time when her parents and uncle were alive. Join Hope in her journey to save her family from all the misfortunes that befell upon her and her family.

Oh, it’s not just possible. It’s bloody inevitable—since I am currently standing here, watching my dead brothers trying to kill each other all over again.
And let me tell you… I had almost forgotten just how obnoxious my brothers can be. These idiots whom I love more than life itself, but who seem hell-bent on tearing each other apart every other century. Someone grant me patience—no, scratch that—I need a mountain of patience. And a very detailed plan if I’m going to save these arrogant man-children from their own self-destructive path.

Summary

Caroline and her former enemy turned best friend Kol Mikealson, go back to when it all when wrong to save their timeline, and the supernatural as they know it.
Now after going back in time, Caroline must find a way to prevent all her supernatural drama and mistakes from her past, find her best friend and undagger him, and stop the end of the world. Oh and she was 17, and human again! Fun times..
