Summary
Life: the great miracle and mystery. Humans and Pokémon alike have searched for its meaning, and legends have evolved from the pursuit of it. Still, many people choose to squander this miracle: to many, life is such a commonplace phenomenon that is not wondrous or spectacular, but something mundane, something that will always be there. But life should be a treasured thing, because in the grand scheme of things, it truly is rare, for everything that is born will one day die. Tragically, many only realize how precious a life is after one is taken from them.
Dr. Fuji never forgave himself for letting his daughter perish in a car crash. As Amber's father, he was a failure, but he believed that he could have a do-over, that he could cheat death by creating a clone of her. To fund this, he sold his soul to Team Rocket's agenda for world domination and worked to sacrifice the laws of nature on the altar of human ingenuity. But even Ambertwo could not escape the fate of the original.
But where one's soul left for the way after, another soul arrived. Dr. Fuji has been given an unprecedented third chance at being a father—a father to a creature that is neither human nor Pokémon. Thus goes the odd tale of Jasper Fuji.

Summary
After the events that transpired in Michina, Arceus finds itself in a new timeline, bereft of the rage for humanity that had been fermenting in its ancient heart for two thousand years. Damos never betrayed Arceus' trust, and it was through the actions of a mere child from the present time that the Alpha was shown this significant error. Arceus is not used to the concept of being capable of making errors. If it had been wrong about what happened in Michina, it stands to reason that it had been wrong many times before that as well. So, after some lengthy introspection, the Original One embarks on a journey to explore the world it had created to see if the creation can teach something more to the creator.
Then Arceus immediately runs into Ash Ketchum, learns that this one human kid has been at the center of several near-world-ending incidents concerning legendary & mythical Pokemon across four regions, is made privy to the fact that he has died several times already, and is all but forced into joining him for breakfast over at his mom's house. Also, Arceus finds out human food tastes excellent.
Ash is leaving for the Unova region next week, and Arceus wants to join him to mitigate the inevitable chaos.

Summary
It has been a month since the Reindeer Games. Christmas Town was one elf and one reindeer short. For the first time in remembered history, inhabitants of Santa Claus' magic kingdom had decided they would rather take their chances with the outside world. Quietly, stubbornly, the elves returned to their work making toys, trying hard not to think about their former colleague who wanted to become a dentist. It's only been one month, yet they still have the rest of the year to get through, and the tension has already gotten unbearable.
Hermey and Rudolph, accompanied by an eccentric prospector, live a life on the run from the abominable snow monster, snatching moments of rest and respite between long marches. It's not an ideal situation, but even so, it's leagues better than having to suffer through not fitting in. The future is uncertain, but the present has warmth and belonging.
Dedicated to AO3 author 'pinwheelwhirl,' whose story "don't go 'round willy nilly" got me fixated on a dumb stop-motion TV special made sixty years ago and inspired me to channel that obsession into something productive.

Summary
Pikachu made the absolute dumbest, stupidest mistake of his life. Now he traded his freedom, for a small ball prsion and is stuck with a trainer who doesn't know what 9 times 5 is without a 5 minute thinking session.
Also why the hell is this kid so damn accident prone, and why the hell is team rocket after them, and just how many crazy adventures can one rodent take before he goes mad.
Still the kid is still a kid so Pikachu guesses its his job to protect him, at least until the pokemon gets a chance to escape while the kid is for sure safe.
......
Basically I have seen so many stories of ash as a pokemon, or he can understand pokemon, or pokemon are the most prominent side characters. And even ones where it is fully a pokemon poverty but those are usually one shots.
So how about a long story from mostly Pikachu's perspective. Of course with a few twist and turns her and there.

Summary
Team Snakemouth, the lauded exploration team from Bugaria, end up on their biggest exploration venture yet: the wonderful world of Pokémon! Granted, it's exploration in the sense of figuring out where the heck they ended up... and what the heck the became.
At least this other group of travelers is friendly enough.

What of the player was fed up with Arceus bullshit and denied it the pleasure of being caught at the end of the game. If Arceus is in fact some sort of avatar or copy of the true Arceus, What harm could a little trolling do to a being of shadows.
Aka the player has a mental breakdown over arceus statement “a part of me” and is willing to take Arceus down with them. Player is ready to strangle necks and rip fur. Let’s see how the creator of all likes having its own mind plucked.
Trust is key.

His eyes join Penny's, lingering on the machine. That which had been the one watching them from afar, not so long ago. Which towered over them, scraping the firmament. Mad glory and liberated mercy incarnate. Now, it lay in a low, mangled, eons-forsaken heap. Draped in the eerie shadow of turned tables.
"But. If there's anything that can stand the test of time? I'd put my money on the crazy crystal tech your mom was working on, down there."
Thus - after one week, two carefree semesters, and an awfully reluctant eternity - the recovery effort begins in earnest.

It just doesn't sit right with him, is all. Like watching an old friend get knifed in the back. Even though he was a filthy traitor himself, sure. And even though the two of 'em never breached anything approximating friendship. His hand still bears that nasty scar, from the first time she bit him. N' the memory still beckons a cringe. Searing pain. A nauseating amount of blood. Gonzap's bass-boosted jackhammer guffaws. He'd known the man to be ruthlessly unscrupulous. To put it gently. But never wouldda dreamed he'd stoop to such a cavernous low. Rusted hacksaw, scraping the barrel's depths.
"You, too, Brutus?" he laments, through crooked teeth. Clutching the Pokeball - and its snagged contraband - in his righteous vicegrip. The empty elevator shaft looms like a chasm.
Rui blinks. Musters up a counfounded grin. "I... I don't reckon that's quite how Caesar meant it."
A sigh. A faint, queasy shudder. "... Whatever," says Wes.
