Summary
When Tommy dies, he expects to see Wilbur. Or Schlatt. Hell, even Mexican Dream. After all, that'd mean that there was at least an afterlife in the DreamSMP.
What he doesn't expect is to wake up to another world, one that his communicator tells him isn't exactly a server. He can't seem to find any other servers, this one doesn't have a whitelist, and... there's no admin. No Dream.
Instead, there are heroes. Heroes, villains, vigilantes, and civilians. There are powers called quirks, and they don't come from hybrid traits; they're natural. There's an entirely different society, one that doesn't have records of discs, mistakes, and the Blood God in its history for its base. There are schools that teach hero-wannabes who can soar to the top, and there are villains capable of flipping the world over its very roots.
There were no heroes in his past life. Tommy himself is far from one.
Yet maybe, in this life, he can at least try to be there for those who need it.

cursedlucky few who survived his sundering.He wasn't happy about it, and everyone left in his life knew that. But he lived, for them if no one else, and got better. It took time, it was hard, but he was still here. Still healing, still helping, still hurting.
Five years on, on a vacation he doesn't even really want to take, and the damaged Avian finds himself dragged into a FUBAR situation that makes Iraq look like a picnic in comparison. Magical barriers(?), vampires(???), people who are friendly and want to take care of him(??????) are almost more than he can take. But in the melee, maybe he finds a soft place to land, soft ginger curls and laughing amber eyes- softness and joy and warmth that he wasn't sure he was even allowed anymore, not since....
Well, first he has to get out of this place. Feelings and mental health can totally come later. Right?
Probably not if Cleo and Pearl have anything to say about it.

The sight that greeted him was equally as breathtaking as it was terrifying.
Deep blue water surrounded his pod, which had thankfully triggered the detection system and had made his pod use it's floating devices. The colors looked familiar, almost normal. Nothing but vast ocean, no islands, no distant shores. Nothing. It almost seemed like he was just stranded in an ocean on earth, if it weren't for the giant planet he could clearly see in the sky. Either this water planet was an orbiting moon to that large red planet, or that was a very large moon orbiting this planet.
But that wasn't even the worst of it all. Because a couple miles away, the remains of the large exploded ship sat half submerged in the water, lifeless and silent. Some fires were still burning, now fueled by the new oxygen this planet provides. It stung, seeing it like this. It would have been his only way home, his only way of calling for help. But he doubts that any of the radio systems were still working. No long range communication to other ships or even a space station or two. And the systems of his own pod were fried too.
He was completely stuck.

It’s set after all the Mimic/Doppleganger stuff happened but doesn’t line up with any particular time either.
I lowkey kinda just wrote and went with the vibes so if it’s OOC I’m very sorry this is my first time writing TF!Legs—
Better summary: Doc expects that death will be the end to his story.
It isn’t.
Instead, he wakes in a world not his own, with faces both familiar and unfamiliar, but those he knows are not the ones who know him. He now must either find a way to return to Oakhurst, or decide if he may still be worth keeping around in this new place.
