    Summary

Six months before Ilya Rozanov's 18th birthday, he decides to end it all. Running away from Russia and moving in with his best friend Svetlana at age 15 seemed like a great idea at the time; but it left his life in shambles, and he's tired of trying to fix it or hope for something better. So he takes a nice, long trip away from Boston, where he won't be Sveta's problem anymore, and tries to join his Mama in a better place.

Meanwhile, Shane Hollander's life is crumbling, and slowly he's beginning to realize that there's no coming back from that. All he wanted was to be in control of one thing, between endless hockey practices and constantly setting an example and having to be perfect. That 'one thing' happened to be his eating. A strict performance-enhancing diet. He's so obsessed with controlling himself, that he couldn't even see his "discipline" was getting way out of control until it was too late.

Struggling to hold their heads above water in the chaos and uncertainty that inevitably take place when your life slowly unravels to such a catastrophic degree, they will both come to find out that you can either find someone to hold on to, or you can resign yourself to drowning.

    Summary

On February 14, 2014, Russia passed "The Omega Repopulation Initiative" law.

Rapidly declining birth numbers, and the inability to keep up with the in vitro research of western countries, led a desperate Russian government to decree that everyone with the secondary gender designation of omega henceforth could be conscripted to birthing facilities, where suitable alphas and betas would be selected for genetic screening and compatibility with the purpose of repopulation.

The male omegas, a rarity even among the rare omegas, seldomly made it to the facilities. Instead, they became symbols of the most exclusive of commodities, traded among those who believed the worth of a human life was theirs to decide.

Ilya Rozanov was known to everyone as an alpha.
He mysteriously disappeared during the Sochi Winter Olympics.

A tragic casualty of civil war, the world agreed.

    The world moved on.

    Shane Hollander didn't.

(Or: Against all odds, Ilya finds his way back to Shane in a world that left him for dead. This is a story of healing, and of how far you’ll go for the people you love.)

    Summary

Eighteen-year-old hockey prodigy Shane Hollander books one anonymous weekend in a Toronto hotel suite to finally give in to the desire he’s never dared name. The man who arrives is tall, guarded, Russian, and far too good at unraveling every wall Shane has ever built.

What starts as a single, carefully controlled transaction ignites into something neither of them can forget. Across their rookie season - road games, home openers, All-Star weekends, playoff battles, and stolen hotel nights - their secret burns hotter with every touch, every whispered word in Russian, every glance that lingers too long on the ice.

A slow burn of rivalry, secrecy, and first love, set entirely within their rookie season. One weekend changed everything. The rest of the year will decide if they survive it.

    Summary

For years, Ilya Rozanov has loved his best friend in silence.

He never planned to tell Shane Hollander. Not now. Not with a fiancé waiting for him, a wedding to plan, and a new life in Berlin only weeks away.

Instead, they set off on one last hiking trip through the Canadian wilderness — the kind of adventure they’ve always dreamed of sharing but never gotten around to during their busy hockey years.

    Eight days.
    Seventy-five kilometres.
One secret that’s becoming harder to keep with every step.

    Summary

To Shane Holland, the law is a shield: a set of rules, precedents, and predictable outcomes designed to keep chaos at bay. He is the legacy admission, the top of the class, the golden boy.

To Ilya Rozanov, the law is a weapon. He is the scholarship kid with a chip on his shoulder, a gravelly voice, and a terrifying ability to dismantle Shane’s arguments—and his composure—in seconds.

For four years of undergrad, they destroy each other in the classroom. For three years of law school, they compete for the same prestigious firms. Shane thinks he’s sleeping with his academic rival. He doesn’t realize he’s falling in love with a man who hasn’t met himself yet.

A timeline-spanning story of rivalry, grief, transition, and the evidence required to prove that some contracts are written in ink, but the best ones are written in blood.
