    Arthur repeals the magic ban, and Camelot has never been happier.
    Arthur frees magic without ever having known/figured out Merlin has magic, so it is even more meaningful. (Don't get me wrong, fics where Arthur legalizes magic Because of Merlin are amazing in their own right, but I wanted to think about what would happen if he repealed the ban based on his own personal growth and then what Merlin's reaction would be)
