Summary

“I fucked Xaden Riorson.” no prologue, no sugar coating it. She rips the bandaid without even flinching and she hears silence from the other end.
“Violet?” Rhiannon’s response sounds confused. “You’re always fighting about something with Riorson, but it’s eight in the morning right now.”
Violet shakes her head, like her friend could see her and exhales. “No, Rhi.” she says, taking a deep breath before speaking this time. “I fucked Xaden Riorson.” she repeats, stressing the words.
The line goes quiet and then she hears a loud thump and a muffled swear. “Come again, please?” Rhiannon’s voice is more high pitched now, shocked.
