Dust chokes the streets for the second time in one summer, smothering the town from above and below. Dry plains dust drifting up, black coal dust bearing down. It's not the only thing making it hard to breathe.
Young Barret Wallace, a 19-year-old miner, has just witnessed four men lose their lives in an accident underground.
