Summary
The federations largest aquarium was another apt comparison his mother had made. She was also right in that, if this experiment was a failure, it could become the biggest attraction with the addition of colourful coral.
However Spock found himself hoping, for illogical reasons he would admit, that Starfleet's experiment was successful, that the man who had introduced the idea had his dream achieved. The same merman that was now the first aquatic member of the Terran species to serve aboard a starship, the same one that Spock was honoured to call his Captain.
