“Oi. Eggplant,” Zeff growled, surprising Sanji. “You’re not in trouble; I was just curious.”
Sanji opened his mouth and closed it.
“You were speaking different languages. Last night but also back on the rock.” Zeff spoke gently, Sanji didn’t know what his expression was, he couldn’t look at him yet. “I only knew one or two of them myself, but anyone can tell when someone is asking for help no matter what language they speak.”
Sanji closed his eyes.
“I-I don’t know.” He kept his hands in his hair. “I don’t know how many languages I know. I just know them. I can’t explain why.”

Summary
Daeron knows that he fucked up the moment his Father drags him out of the inn and demands to know where the fuck is Aegon?
It scares him how much easier it is to lie than to tell the truth. But what is the truth in a world where the face of a stranger feels more familiar than even your own?
Among such uncertainties Daeron is sure only of one thing - on the grounds of Ashford Meadow the fates will collide and only one choice can make or break the future that sometimes flashes before his eyes.
And what if just this once he wants to try and make that choice? If only just so that the man with eyes as blue as the clearest sky would look at him in a way he sometimes do in his dreams?
