Mob concedes, he was curious and didn’t keep Verity’s warning in high regard, but it was also an equal part accident, he swears! Verity’s face was mere inches away. Mob can feel the warmth of his breath. Is this how he was going to die? Oh my God is Verity going to eat him? Does he even respawn if he’s eaten?
Wait. He’s looking to the side. Why? Oh, please no. Verity’s attention was drifting downwards. Mob squeezed his legs together to try to hide the evidence.
Down, boy.
At least let him die with some dignity. Please, please, please, don’t notice…
Verity's grin deepened, the serrated edges of his mouth crinkling. Fuck. "You freak, you really do get off to this. I thought I was mistaken. Why, I would’ve saved a lot of effort convincing you to listen to me," he chuckled, tapping a sharpened claw against the hem of his pants.
The time Verity breaks into Mob's outlook ends a little differently than expected.

I get burnt out easily and that way I'm in pace with my schedule. Especially battling a baby, school, and work.
By chapter 3 each chapter will now be over 3000 words. I just wanted to make sure I keep readers engaged first before I start making them too long
